It's not trivia. Every question is a real scenario — like "your friend's business idea is terrible and they're about to drop $5K on it, what do you say?" or "someone collapses at a party, what position do you put them in?"

You get a score out of 1000, a radar chart of your strengths, and a personality type (The Detector, The Creator, The Fixer, etc).
