I have been meditating daily for about 2.5 months now. I am in my head about meditating in the morning. Evenings might work better. I am thinking might wake up more aligned in the mornings but I know Dr. Joe says it’s best in the mornings. It’s hard for me because I workout in the mornings, journal, work a corporate job. It’s hard to fit it in and STAY FOCUSED and present because my mind is always on the to-do list. I’m getting better and I know that the point of this is to recondition that mind of mine 😅
Anyone have better luck in the evenings just as far as staying focused etc. I’d love to hear your experiences.
