Wondering about experiences you've had with an FHA 203K loan. What are the stipulations, whats better between the "Limited" and "Standard" 203K, and is anyone doing them in southern CA... please advise.
Trying to figure out if we should buy this fixer upper we currently rent- FMV is probably around 500k (in its current condition) but we had an inspection today and it seems like damages are monumental. We are inheireting a lot of potential risk if we go forward, but we could potentially make this alot better if some things go our way.
