23 year old male custody question
So my at this point still wife left a month ago after I found out she had cheated on me. She took our almost 2 year old along to live with her parents for now as I work during the week. She is now planning to fly away to meet a new guy out of province ( we live in manitoba) . She hasn't discussed any further plans regarding the kid . I'm thinking of moving closer to my inlaws to see the kid more during the week. Would she be able to move away without my approval . Like not a different province but maybe couple hours away from grandparents and me ? She quit her job now so not sure what the plan is . We do have a house together that we bought about 2 years ago . My parents are cosigned on the house and there wouldn't be no equity on it at this point. Would love to hear of someone that has gone thru something similar and would have some insights on the most likely outcome.
There is no history of violence of any kind but from what ive heard it usually goes in the woman's favor. No lawyer has been contacted it seems fairly peaceful for now . I'm just not sure how the new guy is gonna influence her and then things can escalate quickly. So ya has anyone been thru a similar situation and is there anything I can prepare so im kinda ready if shit hits the fan . Thanks
