Has anyone else had this issue? I set up an automatic payment to pay a bill. UsingSoFi routing and account number (no option for a debit card online). The money does not get taken out of my account. I set it up again, same issue. I finally call, and they tell me that SoFi does not allow ACH payments only debit card. And found out the day before my state tax refund got returned from SoFi as well. What’s the deal with ACH and SoFi? Thinking about ditching the checking account and just keeping my savings and investment accounts.
