Hi everyone! Fic writer here (arielle_reads/amongthepansies on ao3) who has recently gotten into Zutara and is now thinking about writing one herself.

Because I've only just started devouring, I don't know all of the ins and outs when it comes to what tropes people love or little quirks/things they love to see in Zutara fics. I've been loving Salt and Scale in particular and the thought of doing something a little darker, set in the future, and featuring a deep dive into a jaded Katara sounds VERY APPEALING TO ME!

I loooooove exploring how characters deal with trauma and how they claw their way back from the brink.

Anyone have any fic ideas or prompts they'd love to see turned info fanfic? Always up for a good AU/ canon divergence.
