Trying to see if it's worth cannibalizing some parts from my old prebuilt into my newer one. New one has a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Graphics Card, while my old one is running a budget NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Super. Does it make any sense to run both at the same time or just leave I the old one in the old as a backup?

I have no experience with this sort of thing so any help is appreciated.

So I just bought a new prebuilt, my old one was bought back 5 years ago and I never had time to upgrade parts. Overall the old PC ran fine but stuttered on newer games.

Just wanted to know if there were any parts of my old PC like the ram that might be worth poaching over to the new build.
