Bom dia,

Na passagem de ano a minha mãe foi diagnosticada com cancro no pâncreas. Ontem, no aniversário dela, teve um infarte e 90% do fígado acabou por morrer … a médica disse-nos que tem horas/dias de vida.

Estou em luto antecipado desde janeiro e está a dar cabo de mim … apesar de eu já ter 30 anos, mãe é mãe e é a minha melhor amiga.

Alguém sabe de algum psicólogo/a em Braga perito neste campo? Ou simplesmente um bom psicólogo/a?

I don’t even have words. I just wanted to come here and say what happened.

My beautiful mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer right after New Year’s Eve. The tumor was very close to the liver, which is why it was discovered so early. At first, we thought that was good news, but everything went downhill after that.

She kept getting infections, and the tumor continued to grow and spread.

Today, on her birthday, we got the news that she had a stroke and that her liver is 90% damaged. The doctors say she may only have hours or days left to live.

I love my beautiful mother so much… she turns 59 today. So young, with so many things still left to see and experience.

How do people cope with something like this?
Right now, I feel like my life — and everything I achieve — doesn’t even matter anymore.

Ao descer a estrada da estação de comboios para Real, de vez em quando vejo sempre um senhor encostado a um Porsche amarelo ou a um Mercedes, vestido de fato e gravata, parado a observar as pessoas a passarem.

Sabem quem é essa personagem? É alguém conhecido nessa zona?
