ok , so i pulled a redemption card from the upper deck chicago blackhawks centennial hobby tin. its for Patrick Sharp and obviously a super short print card. i went to the website and claimed the redemption and it said 12-15 weeks . that date i claimed it was Jan 29 2026. it still hasnt come and the website says " still waiting on player to sign " so i contacted upper deck and they said they are still waiting . they also said that there is no guarantee that they will get the card so they offered to replace it . i would have to give them a list of 5 teams and they would choose a card of equal value to replace it with. my question is what would you do? and they dont give me a value they decide and i get a random card from one of the five teams i pick from that they say will be of equal value. do i keep waiting cause they also said that if they cant get the card with in a year they would just send one of equal value. i really dont know what to do. any comments will be valued. thanks
