3months on , two weeks off ?

Ideas ?

No itching or reaction , site always turns a little red and next day or so, it's a bruise every time . Tried 8mm and 6mm needle size . 31g and 29 no difference

I've been in retta a few months (started on tirez for the first two months )

Currently one retta 1mg weekly, also NAD+ and Klow

I stopped from 102kilo to about 90 kilo in the first month and a half . Since that time my weight has mostly just stabilized .

I try to work out daily but no way I can run daily

I average about 1k steps a week due to a desk job

On lunch breaks I lift weights and try to jog in place

Weight loss has stalled and I eat at a chaloric deficit. For a while maybe it was too much of a deficit , I would have breakfast , half lunch and protein shake only for dinner. For weeks , then I realized maybe this is too low ?

Car always starts first try , after driving it a while it won't start again . You can turn the key maybe 10 times then it will start .

During this time dash board lights up but nothing happens . Alternator , starter , battery have been changed .

Ideas ?

I can't search for "monkey" I have pictures of monkeys that I took and in the past I could search 'monkey at the beach "or " monkey in the tree " but now with this bullshit ai it tells me it can't find anything
