Hello,

I have two questions about the appeal periods for a successful case.

There is the 'short' appeal period which is 60 days following the notification of the sentenza to the Ministry.

There is also the 'long' appeal period which is 6 months from the publication of the sentenza, if not notified.

My questions are specifically about the 'short' appeal period:

1. Who does the actual notification to the Ministry, the lawyer directly, or the court staff at the lawyer's request?

2. Is the registration of the judgement with the Agenzia Entrate and subsequent

RITORNO ATTI DALL'AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE

entry in the GC app a pre-requisite for notification to the Ministry? Or can notification happen immediately after sentenza publication?
