Using the beginner question flair because although I have started many writing projects, I have never finished them, and I have never successfully co-authored.
So me and my best friend have been mutually working on a fantasy trilogy (?) for a few years now. It is STILL in planning stages, partially because it's very hard to find time to actually work on it together, and partially because its so hard to find good and accessible ways to store our planning where we can both access it.
Does anyone have advice for this? What platforms/tools have you used to organise your planning on group writing projects? How did you outline together when it can be so hard to find dedicated time, or even stay on track? Is it good to delegate certain aspects of planning to one person, or should all of it be a total partnership? (So far me and my friend have 'taken charge', so to speak, of one main character each, and we plan to do the same when it comes to their POV chapters. But that's about it).
