Is there a real scientific reason behind it or the makers just want us to not have a huge view of outside.

Ofc SNU is better than the other two but like is it worth the price ?
As for Jaypee, online I saw that placements are good but they have no campus life (something that I would honestly be ready to trade off cause I also did my 11th and 12th from a school without any ground at all except for a basketball court ig, so I'm mentally prepared). But a friend of mine says that she asked some Jaypee students in her contacts about the college and they said that Jaypee doesn't even have proper classes and nowadays placement isn't good either (which I haven't tried to verify from the net yet) so I wanted to know how true this actually is.
The father of a friend of mine is in the field of coaching and colleges with a lot of experience and connections, and he says that I can get CSE in Jaypee easily and maybe in IP (the MAIT) and ECE for sure in MAIT with my JEE score (91%ile) and my father is pretty influenced (primarily because IP's fees is still less and we can't really afford anything more than 16-18, at most, easily) so I also wanted to know if IP was worth it or should I just take a drop.
Is there anything better that I can get for 91%ile (general, non EWS) home state delhi ?
