im a 26m veteran "recently separated from service" 😄 looking to figure out how to invest in stocks i have a ROTH IRA with around $20k and i have my military tsp sitting at $31k. from my time of enlistment to separation i've saved nearly every-dime i could and put it into those accounts, im now living at home as a full time college student while i pursue my bachelors. whats a good way to start investing into stocks myself? i know of robin hood, and i hear terms like bullish and shorting and I'm just confused im looking to invest roughly $10k into stocks to get started im comfortable holding long term or even just forgetting they exist. i don't want to invest blindly and just gamble it all away, what do you guys use to look at markets? as far as news and predicting the "trend" any knowledge or suggestions would be really nice, Thank you all. i have roughly 2years left untill my degree is complete so i have a decent bit of time to focus on ways to potentially set myself up long term
