New Wheelchair User
Hi! I'm a new manual wheelchair user, needing to use it for fibromyalgia as walking isn't something I can do much anymore. I got myself the CareCo I-Go Candi (best I could afford) and I want to increase my endurance so I don't have to rely on my partner pushing me all of the time as I'd like to be able to use it independently.
I live in England, so the terrain is very hilly and difficult to push through. I currently don't have much arm strength as I've been unemployed for nearly a year now due to my pain levels.
So I was wondering if anyone has any tips or advice!
