Our apartment building recently switched to an AI voice 'agent' for all phone calls. I hate it. It's nearly impossible to reach a human being. Anyone else having these issues? Was there anything you could do about it? Our rent is high (downtown Chicago) and it just seems like a cheap way to handle our concerns.
