Hello, as mentioned in the title my Buffalo keeps blinking yellow with note "Rebuilding RAID array 1". I was wondering how long this normally takes and what exactly does it mean?

I have the Buffalo NAS with 2x1TB HDD set up as RAID 1 (1TB usable space)

both HDD's are Samsung HD103SI 1TB HDD

Currently used space: 140-ish GB

Also is there a way to increase file transfer speeds? Its about 20MB/s. Or is it limited due to the HDD?

ps: I know the LS-WXL is an older model

any help is appreciated.
