I bought the 600 premium credits in the store, and they didn't give them to me after the purchase went through. Contacted support, and they said they'll just be "escalating it to their experts." Bruh, you ate my money the nanosecond the payment goes through, and you can't give my goodies the same day?
For anyone who experienced this, how long did it take for them to actually take action? And sorry if there are any previous posts like this, I haven't seen them...
Update: they now gave me my purchase through the "Rewards Claim" tab in events tab
