I got botox with Lucy Hicklin in September 2025. I started burping within less than 24 hours, experienced minor slow swallow and regurgitation especially when bending over. Those side effects generally faded quickly, and I am still burping regularly which is great. However, I am still sometimes regurgitating, usually if I have drank too much. It is disgusting and usually I am expecting it to be a burp so it's surprising too.
Am I doomed with this forever? I'm about to start half marathon training which I am expecting is going to make it worse as i'll need to take in more liquid whilst moving around lots :(
