Is anyone else having issues with BCBS OON reimbursement through mentaya? they keep requesting documentation for over 2 months now with no resolution in OON reimbursement even after documents have been submitted. I am curious if anyone else in NY, MA or the surrounding tristate area is having issues. Or if anyone has insights into what is going on?
