72k/year estimated for SEBS is kinda crazy... how much do you guys pay in actuality? Is it actually that much?

I had a B in precalc 1st sem when I applied and got into SEBS (biotech), and now I'm pretty scared I'll have a D. It's definitely my fault, so there's no excuse for it. I've called One Stop and the guy on the phone seemed really chill about it (saying stuff like they can't rescind over a D) but then they sent an email basically telling me to look at the conditions of enrollment and to lock in. Now I'm kinda split on what to believe. Definitely trying to get up to a C but I'm not sure if I'll make it. Yes there are a lot of other posts about this but please tell me what you think. Thanks for any insight at all.
Edit: OOS if it matters and I've committed a while back
