Murray Bridge Bunyip baby

Hello everyone, Today I feel like I need to clear something up regarding the Murray Bridge Bunyip's baby animatronic. From what I've found on here researching the animatronic, it seems there's been a bit of misinformation regarding the timeline from 1981-1999. The version from the video (1st photo) is not the original Oscar. I've been attempting to build a timeline to show the evolution of the original Bunyip's appearance from 1972-1999. Problem with this is, there's not a whole lot of dated photos. (that I've seen, anyway.) Which leads to a lot of guesswork, and people tend to assume this version (second image) is the later version of Oscar, relative to the video version, which is in fewer photos. This is not the case, And I have a reason to believe this. The third photo in this slide, has an actual date in the corner. It's quite a grainy image, but it says '89, 1989. which means this is seven years prior to the video. From what I've heard during my research, In the early 90s, some people broke in and destroyed the original animatronic. This leads me to believe that the version shown in the video, is a late stage replacement, and not the original.

TLDR: Version of baby bunyip shown in the video is a later version and not the original.
