Grad School Transcript / GPA

Im currently a junior going to be a senior next fall, and want to apply to a PhD in Applied Math / Statistics / Machine Learning / Quantitive Biology. I currently am majoring in statistics at a T20 Ivy, and I think my GPA before applying will be around a 3.55, with one C+ in a higher level statistics course and B’s in my CS and math courses. My school’s pretty known for grade deflation, but if I want to apply for schools like Stanford, CalTech, Princeton, Carnegie Mellon, and MIT in this field, how fucked up are my chances due to my GPA. I’ve done an REU and 3 years of research with 2 publications on the way, but am stressed that my GPA will ruin my chances. Any advice or guidance from those who have applied or who are currently in grad school about this?
