Some advice would be great.

So my starting weight was 230 in October I’m now down to 190. My goal is to be around 125-135. I’ve cut my calories to about 800-1,200 a day. A protein shake in the morning and healthy (most days) dinner at night. I almost never snack I try to keep sugar intake pretty low. I don’t really try to restrict myself from to many things mostly because my friends and family think I don’t eat enough but I also don’t over do it if I do have something sweet or carbs. I feel like I can’t lose anymore weight though. I’m definitely not as active as I should be I work from home and don’t have a car at the moment to get to a gym easily. I walk a couple times a week but it’s very hot outside. So if anyone has advice on what I can or tell me if I’m doing something wrong that would be great.
