I was wondering if anyone can share some advice on this.
I currently work from home and have been doing so since COVID. About two years later my contract was permanently changed to a homeworking role because my office moved around four away.
I used to work on a laptop, but eventually we were issued PCs. When I had a laptop I could move around the house and work in different spaces. Now I feel confined to one room, which is making it much harder to focus. It honestly makes a big difference to my productivity, and I feel quite stuck and boxed in.
Would it be reasonable to request a laptop to make working from home more manageable, for example being able to move between rooms or occasionally use a coworking space?
