I recently joined a company where I will be supporting Workday time tracking & absence. I'm familiar with how time tracking works at a basic level because I've been supporting Core HCM for the last 2 years, but this is a whole new ball game. The person who was in this role before left NO internal guides for how they do things & had to leave abruptly.

If you were in my shoes, what things would you focus on to get familiar with how time tracking & absence work together and why they work the way they do? I've been researching what I can in WD community, but I basically need a crash course.
