Howdy. I have been looking all over for this old logo that accompanied early 2000s emergency warnings in the southern US. I can't remember, but it might be a weather alert? Or maybe a test broadcast. It started with the EEEEERRR followed by 3-4 beeps. Then a man muffled saying the warning. This used to haunt me as a kid bc it was so loud and came out of nowhere and had this scary skull like logo. Please help me find it if u can! I've looked all over the Internet
