I used q tips last week and because my ears do get a lot of ear wax buildup I think I used the q tips too much that now my ear has been tender for the past 4-5 days and discomfort/slight pain. Has anyone used Debrox for their ears?

(Im also only taking Allegra right now for MCAS/can’t take Pepcid)
