I went to a showroom and turns out the Herman Miller wasn't great for ergonomics

I went to a showroom, initially I was actually really into buying the Herman Miller remastered etc.

Turns out I ended up loving the Hag chairs a lot better, the person owning the store is actually a former PT and really into ergonomics, and taught me a lot about office chairs, I've found the Herman Miller really good for resting positions, but the Hag was really good for like working actively typing on keyboard, you keep moving and yet it doesn't feel uncomfortable (I've stayed 3 hours in the store). The knees well below my hips, etc.

Anybody had a similar experience, thinking the Herman Miller would be great for them and turns out not really?
