my one year for surgery is coming up soon and i’m still eating 1/2 cup of food per meal.. it’s very hard for me mentally to move up because i’m scared i’m going to immediately gain all my weight back… but im constantly hungry at the end of the day, i always hit my fiber and protein goals also. if you’re one year out from surgery how much are you eating per meal?
