I decided to test out the new AI search panel as I'm dealing with a large volume of material. For context, in this project I work from daily string-out multicam timelines.
The first thing I do is to skim through these timelines, and add extended markers with detailed notes for scenes, visuals, etc. After when I open the new AI search panel and filter for markers, it does indeed find the search terms across all timelines in the project. So far, so good. Seems like it would be very helpful however...
When I double click on search results, it opens the corresponding timeline but does not jump to the marker position, and this just kills any advantage or usefulness as these timelines are incredibly long and contain multiple markers.
When I filter for any other type of search results (video, audio, text, metadata) a double click jumps to the exact spot in the timeline, so maybe this is just a bug? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!
