Update from previous post, I did end up going to the Flowermound Speedx facility
(501 Gerault Rd, Flower Mound, TX 75028) and spoke to who seemed to be a manager. I did not go home with my stuff unfortunately. He told me the driver couldnt deliver it, brought it back to the warehouse and that it was still at the facility. He also said that waiting 2-3 weeks is not normal and after 13 days the package is considered lost even if not displayed on tracking and that its better to request a refund, the package might eventually be delivered just very late
Visually speaking the place looked very organized, contrary to what i've seen in other posts. I was initially going to ask to go look for my stuff but upon seeing the filled boxes, I was immediately discouraged and understood how packages get delayed/lost. Maybe 200 packages for every person, yeah Im not sorting through that. The workers and drivers are friendly and not once was I told I couldnt enter or look for something.
If you do decide to go and look for your stuff, go to the loading dock and talk to a random driver, you cant miss them. I went at 11:30am and Im pretty sure they are there 24/7. I did forget to take pictures and ask them about the empty grapevine location unfortunately. I will update here if my tracking updates or my package delivers
