We banded this little guy about 3 months ago and he had abnormally small testicles. He was really difficult to band and we thought we had gotten both of them but after his shear today we realized we missed one. Is there any chance that this is re-bandable, or is a vet necessary? Obviously it would be very hard to band, but we are wondering if it is SAFE to attempt to band, or even possible(He cannot stay a ram, he is supposed to be a 4-H market lamb, and we do not have adequate replacements)
