Description: The monitor will not turn on. The screen lights up black as if it's trying to power on, but then turns off again after a second. The screen will do this repeatedly. I am unable to get the blue screen or home screen.
Months ago, there were horizontal lines along the bottom of the screen, but this issue resolved itself. I am mainly concerned with the power issue right now.
Things I have tried: Disconnected it from my Mac. Moved it to another power outlet in the home. Left it unplugged for an hour.
