Recently to my team joined a really extrovert scrum master which can’t stand the feeling that someone just do their job and understands others without camera on, days in office and constant blah-bling. He really breaks “oe compatible” status of my job, by forcing typical corporate bs that being visible matters more than actual work done.

Any idea on how to handle such people and dont get sucked in their childish games?
