place to reduce them, and how do you handle the cost when it happens anyway?
For those who made the switch, what pushed you over the edge? Volume, cost, customer
complaints, control? And was it worth it?
UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, regional carriers... there's always one that seems to fall apart at the
worst time. What's your experience been lately?
