I started to have some pretty serious issues with my a5100 vengeance prebuilt last week. The 5090 seemed to be going out (black screen/artifacting under load, overheating under standard operating temps, etc) and the iCUE link hub ended up going out a few days after. I tried a ton of different troubleshooting methods to try and get things stable before the iCUE hub quit Iike using DDU in safemode to roll back to a known good driver, updating bios, reinstalling windows. Nothing I read that should help resolve the issue worked. So I opened a support ticket (2008958995) to see if I could get any help resolving the issue either through an RMA or maybe getting guidance on something I missed. I got 2 replys gathering info and then ghosted. I'm not entirely sure what to do at this point. I keep replying to add more info in the meantime but the iCUE hub dying severely limited what else I could try to resolve my GPU issue and I just feel stuck. I'm not sure if I should just keep waiting or what at this point.
