Where to go for bday dinner on only night in Seattle?
My boyfriend and I will be in Seattle for one night on his birthday this summer. We're doing an Amtrak trip and it's our first stop. We arrive around 11:30am according to Amtrak, but I know enough to accommodate for delays.
We were really interested in Altura, but they only have a 6pm seating, and I fear that if we are delayed, it will result in wasted money and no dinner. We were also looking at Il Nido, but their online menu doesn't seem to list a lot of seasonal food-- maybe their local/seasonal ingredients are only on menu in person?
If you had one night in Seattle and wanted to go to a nice spot with local, seasonal food, where would you go? I need somewhere that could do an 8pm seating on a Wednesday night!
