I wonder what this other Hyuga ability is

Genuinely, I just would love to see these characters talk in a none confrontation way just, about how they view the spirits and their own spiritual selves, and thins alongside that nature because they are to me the most spiritual characters in the setting, at least in the visual media.

How do you think it would go? Or even better, what are their philosophies and where do you think they each differ?

Also, assume it would be them at their core selves, or most spiritual if that makes sense so season 4 Zaheer over Season 3 Zaheer

A couple days ago, I decided to listen to them on my off day and I just, wasn’t that big of a fan?

I’m not someone who typically dislikes criticisms on works I enjoy. Nor do I mind hour long deconstructions, so when I found there was a YouTube video or videos I guess, that was a deep dive on charmed, to the point they noticed certain things akin to how both Wyatt and Phoebe were born in the house which makes it easier for them to be evil because of the nexus (one of the first comments I saw about the review that made me want to watch it) . I was super excited.

I tuned in the first 20 minutes and it was harsh but I figured that was the point, we slowly start to enjoy it a bit more, etc etc.

Yet the more I watched the more it dawned on me that wouldn’t be happening, then some of the actual reviews and criticisms skimmed over the actual plot of the episode.

I came on the Reddit and other pieces to see if there was something I was missing, and countless comments said, “yeah she can be harsh but it’s all good fun”

But where is that fun? She doesn’t seem to like the series at all, so… she doesn’t like it, she criticizes it harshly and some of her criticisms aren’t even to the plot of what she’s criticizing.

Is there something I’m missing?

I really don’t get this.

I understand it was maybe done to signify like, to the audience but it makes no sense to me otherwise. Why Bumi is wearing generic republic city clothes while his father and mother and little sister, who are all benders wear the clothes signifying their native element.

Katara’s brother is a non bender and yet still very much water tribe. He is literally the representation for the water tribe in republic city, was a chief, and was also the son of the chief in ATLA.

Katara is the daughter of the former chief, is the greatest water bender and healer in the world and later overseas white lotus level secret training for the next avatar in which they consult her opinion on how to grade Korra.

Aang is the literal avatar and an air nomad.

Why is Bumi, not, being dressed as kin of these people? Why would Katara or Aang see their son not be a bender and as such go to the nonbending aisle for clothing, when that’s not even, a thing done to non benders in the any of the eras of time in this setting.

Ty Lee is still a fire nation citizen, so is Mai. You don’t just, lose your culture because, you are a non bender. You aren’t just nebulous third thing, that’s not how that works, like not even genetically. I genuinely don’t get this decision.

Same for Kya and even Tenzin. These two are not just one thing. They can assume the identities of, and or merge the cultures of other nation their parent comes from.

This is also something I have against their designs in general. They feel so, nationally coded towards their bending to the point that because Kya is a water bender she has to “look” the part, whilst her brothers don’t. It just, feels a little too on the nose for my liking, but not on those nose in a like accurate way.

Note my solution would be just to have the three dressed in white lotus like clothing, changes the implication so much. Or hey, for the photo, why not have them all wear the generic republic city clothing?
