I spent money on Groceries on a CC and the other part was on Debit card (both of these accounts are "on plan") Question is I want to make sure I send a payment to the CC now to cover the grocery charges to avoid interest (and then cover the debit card spend later on in month) but when I apply money to that category from "ready to assign" it keeps the category "red" vs changing to "orange" and it does not change the money available for the CC payment. YNAB appears to prioritize paying back checking account usage than CC. Is this correct? How do you handle this situation? I really don't want to make a "CC Grocery" and "Debit card Grocery" category.
