my gf got into UCSC and we are going to be visiting the campus tomorrow. we wanted to know: what are some things we can see and do to further familiarize ourselves with the campus?
also also: if there’s like ANYONE with a dorm that could give us a tour of it? we, my gf especially, we greatly appreciate it since she’s nervous ab the housing (and we missed the open house dorming bc of finals from our old school)

has anyone had experience with appealing their financial aid to get more money? the aid they gave me barely covers tuition but i won’t have enough for groceries and such throughout the year and i’m scared ab being financially unstable coming from the valley
