I think i real somewhere that GW said in 11th edition they won´t add extra units (i´ll believe that when i see it) but will concentrate on making all units useful.

So if GW called you and asked for advice what strategems should be included or points change to make each of our useless units useful.

From what i gather Haemonculi, Wracks, Razorwing and voidbobmer are basically like the Hellions where in previous editions... they look nice on the shelf.. but that´s all they do.
Because they are more or less useless on the tabletop.
