Factorio or Satisfactory inspiration off the top of my head but I've seen countless factory building isekai stories so I think they're a good direction of narrative exploration.

Let players with a spray can run up to other people and change the skins of stuff they're wearing and holding or have holstered. Better yet, let us spray decals and such onto players as well! It's like grubbing but being silly instead xD
