Hello... my partner and I are going through the process of buying our first home and we were curious... how long did it take for your full mortgage offers to come through?
We have a 90% LTV mortgage offer from Santander. We made the application at around 4pm on one day... we had the full offer through before 12pm the next day. Less than 20 hours.
How usual is this, or not???
