I am ready to leave teaching. I have no passion, love, or desire to be in the classroom. I am drained. My resume is getting me no where so I am trying to pivot and learn to network and would love Ito hear your stories. Unfortunately, I have 0 clue on what I want to do. I wanted to be a teacher since I was 10 and have done it for 15 years. All I know is because of the responsiblities I hold with bills and already working two jobs I cannot fall under 60k ... any constructive feedback, stories, or direction would be greatly appreciated!

Have any career changers made it in appraisal or is it really that niche? Also someone mentioned it will go out soon because of AI (but I don’t see how?)
