Does anyone know how long it takes BDO costumer support to unrestricted your account? Someone hacked into my account and spent $1,200 and charged it back after I regain access after going back to play after several years. BDO said they saw that someone else from a different IP address did login during this time and played. But I am still responsible for the $1,200 to get back into my account? Anyways I paid them the money to get back in 120,000 ACOIN. I submitted a ticket on the website and its almost been a week with no replies, I spent $1,200 and not getting any help at all now. Not sure what to do other then wait even longer?
