So I manage to get to the gym about twice a week (busy work life) and only for an hour at a time.

As a result I do interleaved dumbbell sets (to exercise a different muscle set, while another rests to be more time efficient)

e.g. I’ll do a set of bicep curls,

followed by a set of chest presses,

followed by a set of shoulder presses.

And repeat this all 3 times.

Because I use different weights for bicep and shoulders it means I have 2 sets of dumbbells out at once (cycling between the two).

Would this bother you?
