Twice this year sellers have told me the item is the wrong size. Im so fed up of losing money for their errors.
What's even the point of buyer protection if it doesnt cover return shipping when item is SNAD?
I have screenshots of the seller telling me the wrong size (listed wrong too!) when i messaged to check before buying.
After, i asked if she sent the right item as material was degrading & in poor condition - not "unworn/like new," she replied she "hardly wore it" & to pay to return if im not happy. So not unworn then...🙄
I sent lots of SNAD evidence to vinted who took FIVE days for their AI to tell me to sort it out with the seller. So i requested a human... now Is my last chance to return it but no response at all!
I cant resell so im paying to return it cos cba to give the crappy seller any money! Feel like I'm going to have to ask sellers to send a photo of the damn label every time which is so much effort.
