so I got Pokémon emerald, fire red ,and sapphire, he also gave me his ds phat,I think either Emma most likely and Sapphire hacked ,but I don’t know tho

OK, so basically I was looking through my uncles old stuff and I found pokemon emerald, fire red and sapphire. I already deleted save data on fire red, so I don’t know if thats important ,but sapphire has a level 100 party in the photo and emerald has a charzard,but i heard that you can’t find a charzard in emerald .it also says it was found on route 110.im just confused on if all of this was injected, coded in or like cheated in I don’t know how this works lowk
