I have an offer for an F500 SWE internship that has a high likelihood of a full-time return offer, but I also have the opportunity to intern at NASA this summer doing SWE work. NASA is uncertain for full-time conversion because of how government hiring works.

I have the flexibility to delay my graduation by a semester, so I could potentially do the F500 SWE internship this summer, defer NASA to the fall, and graduate a semester later to do both.

Which one should I choose? NASA is pretty cool and unique, so I could take a chance on it and hope for full-time or look for something else once I graduate. My other choice is the corporate stability and high conversion rate of the F500.

For context on my goals, I'm currently leaning toward the startup space long-term, but I'm still figuring it out.

Thoughts?
